Legs, hips, arms, and core
This 45 minute sequence is derived from a basic daily sequence taught by John Schumacher. While not easy, these basic postures done repeatedly over time will help you build the strength and flexibility in your body. One need not do yoga in a heated or fast-paced environment to work hard in the body. This sequence is meant to be practiced over and over again, so come back to it as often as you can; and as you build your stamina you'll find the find the benefits of a consistent and steady asana (or posture) practice.
